ABOUT KIM
Kim is the founder of Malu Property where she brings a strategic, client-focused approach to uncovering and maximising a site’s full development potential.
In addition to running Malu Property, Kim mentors aspiring developers through the Property Developer Network, Australia’s largest property networking group with over 32,000 members, helping them navigate State Government strategic plans, site selection, feasibility analysis and project strategy.
Kim is also the Deal & Acquisition Manager for Development Sites Australia where she specialises in assessing development sites for investment suitability.
With over 19 years of business ownership experience — including running award-winning construction businesses — Kim combines hands-on industry expertise with an approach that is grounded in clarity, confidence and client-first thinking, ensuring every property owner understands their options and chooses the path that best aligns with their goals.
Before starting Malu Property, Kim held a role with Rivergum Homes, South Australia's largest medium-density home builder where she co-managed a $200M+ portfolio of residential developments for private and government-backed joint venture partners. All projects ran concurrently across multiple stages and included:
-
Single storey homes, townhouses, apartments and affordable housing
-
Community title and master-planned developments with shared infrastructure
-
Mixed dwelling types tailored to site conditions and market demand
